Hey Litten66! I'm terribly sorry to hear that you and your friend have been experiencing these issues in Rainbow Six Siege. I'm sure this is incredibly annoying to deal with, so I apologize for the inconvenience that's been caused. Moving forward, does this happen when you or your friend are hosting the match, and have you tried changing hosts? Have either of you tried completing our connectivity troubleshooting guide in full? Doing so will ensure that your connection to the game's online services is completely optimized, which will make for a more seamless experience when playing online together.

Hello there, Te1iz. I'm extremely sorry to hear that your rank in Rainbow Six Siege was reset. A rank reset can occur when too many high MMR rollbacks are being issued. This is all part of the MMR rollback system in-game, which takes place automatically. You can find more information on that system here. Hi CagierGecko5382! I'm sorry to hear this. Have you checked the in-game settings to ensure that nothing is being restricted or limited? Also, if you are using a Nvidia graphics card, please do the following:

1. Right-click on your desktop
2. Select "Nvidia Control Panel"
3. Select "Change Resolution"

Hi OreoKingShake! My apologies for any inconvenience or annoyance that this may have caused you in Siege. Other players have mentioned that rebinding the vault key has essentially helped with exiting rappel. It seems like they mentioned binding vault to the space key, though it may work on another key since you already have an action bound to the spacebar. Would you be able to give this a try for me?
