Moving forward, I would be more than happy to get this reported for you. How often does this happen? Were you previously in the queue for a ranked match, then left before finding a match?

Hello G3KQN! My apologies for this inconvenience. First, please be sure to manually claim the packs yourself in your Twitch inventory. Second, wait at least 24 hours after claiming for the content to appear in-game. Due to the amount of data the system handles on a daily basis, content granting can sometimes take awhile. Hi asqhalkun! I deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced while trying to play Rainbow Six Siege. I just reviewed the case you had opened with our team awhile back (12707871), and saw that you worked through very extensive troubleshooting with them. Additionally, it looks like the main conclusion was that you do not experience this disconnects or connection issues while connected to a hotspot/outside connection. With that being said, this is why it was recommended to contact your ISP. Although your friend uses the same provider, the different locations may be what is causing the different outcomes.
