[2020] Character Frozen in Place

I was in the middle of a Potomac run, I climbed a ledge, and my character stayed stuck in place. I can't open any menus, can't move, nothing.

Another thread I saw on Reddit said that the only way to get out of it is to respond to a backup request. Fun.
