Hi,
I recently started playing Division 2. I remembered that there were exclusive rewards for completing Shield challenges in Division 1. I had completed all of them but I don't see anywhere to actually claim the rewards in Division 2. I read in some forum posts online saying that it has something to do with the change from Uplay to Ubisoft connect and if I contacted Ubisoft support they could add the rewards for me. Unfortunately however, I can't seem to be able to even contact or start a case with the Ubisoft support page due to an error so I've brought my concerns here. If anyone can help me get this resolved, that would be great.
