Recently revisiting the game, decided I'd go exotic hunting and found the Liberty Pistol progression is, well, still bugged on its first part. I've already got the Trigger and Mechanism from the story line, but its not informing me of the next piece. Client files are from a clean and verified install.

Are you trying to unlock the blueprint with level 30 or level 40 characters?
Also, have you completed the Space Administration HQ?
