Not the first time this has happened and only with a convoy at this particular spot. Convoy heading south toward Cinderblock, at the junction north of that control point.
The convoy marker is moving but (again) there is nothing there.
AND AGAIN....WHERE IS THE 40000 CHARACTERS????? GODDAMIT!!!
