[2020] Rogue agents warning

Heey guys,

Last days i did some missions and isaac told us rogue agents detected but we didn't counterd them and same in the open world after clearing a cp we didn't got them and never found but isaac said there were so maybe they need to look in the data scripts to see what happends?
