Since launch I've been crashing...constantly.
Took a break after tidal basin dropped to give them time to hopefully address it.
Spent weeks going back and forth with the inept UBI Support who eventually gave up and also refused me a refund (because it was a digital ****ing purchase)
Waited for this patch to drop only to log in and find that I cannot even move because the game crashes after 3 seconds after their insulting Year 1 Pass spiel.
This disgusting incompetence and lack of customer service is why I will never be buying another Ubisoft product and certainly everyone I know will be advised against doing the same with extreme prejudice.
