After Expertise level rolled back, lot of weapons are still showing Proficient but unable to upgrade.
The issue is I cannot level up Proficiency Rank on those weapons any more, what am I supposed to do to? What a big mess!

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble leveling up your Proficiency Rank, @i_Wolf3r. Just to clarify, following your most recent update, have you been able to resolve this issue? Or are you still having trouble upgrading your weapons?

I'm sorry to hear that your friend's weapon levels have been reset back to level 0, @PT_Frizzer.
