Dear All

I urgently need your help trying to play my installed games from Ubisoft Connect but can't even start a download. It always gives me an " Error 17007 " message.
I tried as admin and updated all my drivers but still, the problem remains, really despairing now. I really hope that you will be able to advise what to do.

I've taken note of your report about error 17007, as well as the screenshot, and I'm sorry to hear that this error prevents downloads in Ubisoft Connect !

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue and in addition to the steps already performed on your end, I invite you to check the following guides :

This will help check, for example, that there is enough free space left for downloads, as well as check for any apps that could interfere with Ubisoft Connect, such as VPNs or Proxies.
