[2019] Mystery Solved?

A while back I had somewhat of a mystery and made a post about it. It was about when I moved around the map I would get this type of electrical interference where your HUD and everything around you would start to buzz as if there was a type of electrical field gone bad and then it would pass. My thought right away was the type of interference you got in DIV. 1 when you were in the sewer system just before the headhunters attacked you would get this same type of electrical interference. Well, I think I solved it or at least I solved it for myself. I started to head into that electrical interference where it would grow in intensity and what did I find? A headhunter individual (Or similar). I kid you not and if you take him down he drops a mask. Not quick enough and he disappears in a cloud of black smoke. Strange, right? Has anyone else experienced this??
