When Anti Cheat runs on all cores game will random crash on desktop.
But if you set Anti Cheat on single or dual cores then game will work but it will be choppy.

I'm sorry to hear your game crashes due to EAC. Have you tried just lowering the amount of cores the game is using? You still need to meet the minimum requirements of course, so you'd still need 4 cores, but if you have more, just try disabling some.
