[2019] PS4 or Xbox transfer to Pc

I feel there is so much of a difference between the PC and Console on this game they should offer us console users a chance to change or account to PC........... This game was made for PC not Consoles its harder to do head shots all your shots dont register as hits the recoil on guns are so much better on PC its not even close..... It truly feels like a Different game a PC
