It's Christmas time and I'm helping new players that don't have the Julmust mask get it But it will not drop for them I have done the summit on all difficulties Normal through legendary and it still will not drop was the Julmust mask a onetime thing or is this a bug/glitch. Please help some players a very disappointed that they can't get it.
