[2019] Serious bug w/ crafting bench unable to be upgrade since WT Bug.

Hi all!

Hopefully this gets the attention of some devs. Please help this get some visibility.

So I was one of the unfortunate few that got stuck in the wrong world tier despite completing required Invaded Strongholds w/ the correct gear score across the party because I went back to WT1 to help a friend while I was already in WT2.

Due to this bug I am unable to upgrade my crafting bench because the projects associated with the "crafting bench blueprints" require invaded stronghold completions which I have already done. I also completed one w/ a new player on his first Invaded Stronghold and that didn't complete the project either.

How does one progress past this bug? If anyone has any answers or could tag some devs I would greatly appreciate it. Trying to craft exotics but not having the WT4 bench sucks.
