As the title states. If I attempt to open the league screen it just shows a background picture and I cannot close it and return to the game. I'm forced to close the game completely and restart it.
Anybody else having the same problem?

Does the problem persist after checking the steps of our connectivity troubleshooting guide ?
This will help check if a sync Issue was causing the league screen problem.
