Ubisoft support is not responding, they probably left to celebrate the Christmas 
Well I'm writing here...
Most of the weapons on my main character are gone. Last night (12/8), when I last played the game, everything was fine. Today (12/9) I went into the game and did not find most of the weapons that were attached to different builds.
Anny ideas?

Hey guys! I'm really sorry for the delay and sorry to hear you've both been waiting on a support ticket for a while. I know that's frustrating. We're quite busy at this time and the team is working hard to respond to everyone, it make take time but you should receive a response to your tickets when the team is able to review them.
As for the issue in game, would either of you happen to know exactly which items disappeared so we can take a closer look into this? And to confirm, the items didn't get sent to your stash/mailbox?
