[2022] Doctor Home Exo lack after Anderson Manhunt at Fairview

Hi @Ubi

My inventory was full during the Anderson manhunt at fairview, and at the and the new exo "Doctor Home" "drop on ground" without the possibility to take it before coming back at the white house
So now, i'm stuck without it, it's marked as reward receive in the manhunt menu, but I didn't get it

I already try again the fairview anderson mission, but i got an other exo.

How I get get it now ? Is there a chance I get it from the global loot pool ? If I reset the manhunt, can I get it ?

Hey there everybody.

The issues with receiving the exotic from that mission is something we are aware of, and we implemented a fix for it a few days ago, during a maintenance period.

If you have not received the gun after re-completing the mission since that fix went live, please let me know.

Hello again everyone.

Just to clarify, you will have to completely reset the manhunt and re-do the entire thing up until the Anderson mission, then complete it again in order to get the gun. If this does not work, try completing the entire thing on a brand new agent.

Please let me know if this allows you get a Dr. Home.

Unfortunately, if you do not want to attempt the workaround, there is nothing else that the support team can do to assist you.

If you change your mind and find that re-doing the manhunt on another agent does not work for you, please let me know!
