[2023] Relic blueprint missing

Thanks for reaching out, agents! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to locate the Relic blueprint in The Division 2. In order to proceed with an investigation into this, could you please provide the following:

• Please provide a screenshot from in-game showing the tier where the relic should have been granted, unlocked/completed.
• Please provide a screenshot from in-game showcasing that the relic blueprint is not available to craft.
