After following the story missions, arriving at the white house, speaking with the appropriate NPC's, I am able to unlock skills, but not perks. Even after continuing quests etc. Why wont perks unlock? Any help would be appreciated!

@BlacKTaloN4ReaL Hey there! Welcome to the forums! If you continue with the main story missions, you will be able unlock perks. I believe the mission is spoiler I hope this helps guide you to the right location, but if you have any further issues, please keep us posted.
