[2021] Directives have changed again

Can't we have all possible directives to choose from?
Why do they keep adding and removing directives from the open world?

These are not the Season 1 directives, this has been a deliberate choice to remove some and bring back others.

And now Fragile Armor, the most broken directive, is in the open world...
