I have a question about skill tiers. I am a skill build and have 6 skill tiers. In the technician specialization there is an option to buy a skill tier. I bought it but it doesn't show me as now having 7 skill tiers, nor does it show me having the overcharged option on my skills. Does a 7th skill tier offer no benefits at all?
As a general rule, the only way to gain Overcharge is through weapon and gear talents that specifically mention that they grant overcharge.
Though if you're wanting to use a 6-Skill Tier build and lean away from Technician, I strongly recommend sing the Capacitor to get the most out of its Weapon Damage per/ Utility Core talent.
