[2020] [Bug/Glitch]capital hill progression

i was going capital hill and got killed i was running 5 directives and on heroic. when i was killed i was put right back to the start of the mission but couldnt restart it as this fence appeared at the starting point ive never seen this before but it maybe worth looking into
