I know there have been some builds here and there but as you know, they are very hard to achieve, here is some ideas on how to make them easier to do :

- Lower skills base cooldown, to make them more enjoyable for low level players and even for those that don't build skill power
- Lower mods power, to make them work with the surplus skill power and to avoid some Opness
- Lower skill power required for mods to make them just usable
- The surplus skill power will increase skill mods efficiency, let's say that a 8% CD mod unlock at 4k skill power, for every 1k more power, it adds 2% CD to the base 8% CD

Interesting conversation here, everyone. Are there skills themselves that you feel could make a bigger impact than they do? How did you end up using the skill layout that you use now?
