Anyone experience it ? I just re download the game last April 5 and played smoothly after the download then the next day I decided to play again and then poof upon launching the game, my PC got BSOD lol. Tried verifying the files, re-install the game, delete the folder of Div 2 in Documents Folder still no good. Any temp fix for this ? Thanks in advance !

Hey there @solid27snake , thanks for reaching out about this. I understand you've faced a crash and a BSOD on your second session of The Division 2 - I'm sorry to hear about that! I'll be happy to help you get it sorted.

While our team is currently tracking a crashing issue, it is rare that we ever get reports of BSODs with any of our games. As such, I'd like to invite you to check our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

If the issue persists, I'd echo @SuspiciousPixel 's recommendation. To do this, please see this support article, which describes how to create a couple of system files, one of which contains the data from the Event Viewer. Once you've got those two files prepared, let me know, and I'll create a support ticket you can use to send them across to us so we can have a closer look.

Please let me know if I can further clarify any of these steps, or if you've any other questions.
