  • Not sure if this problem is game or the system it self. When playing division 2 I am unable to get to different areas like New York to Washington DC with out hitching a ride with other players when they are asking for help. If I try to use the helicopter or run my cursor to far to the right of the screen an error message pops up and kicks me out of the game. CE-108255-1 An error occurred on the application. This is the error code. I don't know how to fix the problem. I have erased the game and downloaded it 3 times. I have even put my system back to factory settings. I would prefer to talk to a human from Ubisoft but not sure how to contact them except write a message. In which I did.

Welcome to the forums! I sincerely apologize for the delay getting back to you, we've been quite busy recently. And I'm sorry you're getting this error message!

That error message does sound like a PlayStation console error code rather than a game error code, so I would first advise trying the steps PlayStation advises for that specific error. Those can be found here.

If the issue persists, then check out our general troubleshooting steps for PS5 here, you won't need to rebuild the database again since that's what PlayStation advises for the error in the previous link I provided. If you're still running into this after completing all of those steps, please update me on this so we can look further into this issue with you.
