That error message does sound like a PlayStation console error code rather than a game error code, so I would first advise trying the steps PlayStation advises for that specific error. Those can be found here.
If the issue persists, then check out our general troubleshooting steps for PS5 here, you won't need to rebuild the database again since that's what PlayStation advises for the error in the previous link I provided.
