[2019] Apparel Cache Duplicate Item Issue

For a month or more, every Apparel Cache I've purchased and opened (Blue or Purple) has given me an item I already have, and thus awarded me EXP as compensation. This despite the fact that I DO NOT have all of the apparel pieces available. It seems to me that instead of awarding EXP, perhaps we should be awarded the currency that allows us to purchase the apparel pieces that we need so we can complete our collections.EXP is nice, but there are plenty of other ways to earn EXP, there is NO other way to EARN apparel, as it no longer seems to drop in-game anymore either. Just my two cents.
