[2023] I think my main character is corrupt again?

Hello,

I believe my main Division Agent character on the PS which is this is correct. This would be the 3rd time in 4 years that this has happened which t be honest with you isn't that bad. My specialisation was all on 165 all of them and now it has gone back to 0/165 or 3/165 so I thought I wonder if my second character is the same and it isn't they are all on 165 and I haven't completed these specialisations these were awarded to us I believe a long time ago as veteran players of the game I cannot recall the specifics. I have the same game on the XBX, not an issue all my characters are fine they all have Specialisation maxed out at 165. however, the main character isn't this has happened before and deleting this character isn't an option sorry I have put too many hours into the character, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again which I am in the process of doing right now to see if this will make any difference at all. This has happened before and I think I was advised to delete my character and start again.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
