So I picked up a skill mod for the Burn Sticky Bomb, that said 5% Burn Duration, and when I stared at the mod(As Pic 1) I was wondering what should be the max value, since the bar is about 1 or 2% to max. Then I looked through my inventory for the other 5% Burn Duration mod I have (Pic 2), I squinted so hard to make sure I wasn't seeing things. And these two at the same value, both lv 40 loots, have very different bars.
As it indeed is a visual bug, I will post here for you guys to investigate. Thank you and stay safe.
