When i start the game with my steam account, the usual startup screen appears. A Picture of The Division and a loading bar. This Bar loads till the end and starts again to load. At first a little bit slower and then 5 seconds to the end of the bar. This happens several times. That's it. Nothing else. By the way - Ghost Recon Breakpoint runs perfectly at my system. I don't think that the specifications are the reasons for - can you help me with my problem?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue loading into The Division 2 to play the game.
Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.
After you have done those steps please try again. However, if the issue persists could you also go through the connectivity troubleshooting and forward your ports then try again.
