Hi,
My friend and I have been playing WONY over the past few months - about to do the last Kajika manhunt mission before keener. We both cannot unlock the new skills even if we have completed the Parnell, Conley, and Dragov manhunts.
Do we need to complete the keener mission before we can unlock? No skill points showing when we check the quartermaster. From what I read I thought the new skills unlock once you defeat the sub bosses.
Also continuing or starting specialization research is not possible.
Just wondering if these are bugs or Were just not doing things right.
