Your agent does look a little like Rayman there! That's definitely odd behaviour. If you haven't already, can you please try verifying your game files to see if this brings your agent's arms back?

If your arms are still invisible, can you let us know how this first occurred? For instance, were the arms missing upon loading into the game, or did they disappear after equipping some certain gear? This information could be helpful to reproduce the issue during further investigation.
