It's hanging up now completely when I load into a new server like from the White House to Coney Island, or to New York, or to any mission. After I join a group, or they join me. On top that, sometimes when I load into a map, the ground texture is not fully loaded, and there is a small orange circle icon spinning in the bottom right corner. When it's doing this, I can only walk. It's not even the normal walk, but an even slower version. I can't roll in any direction. I can't sprint, or jog. Everything else works fine like menus, and the map.

I checked the health of my SSD to make sure it's not me, and it's at 97% "Good" according to CrystalDiskInfo

This hang up is 10 times worse than the long loading times because at least it loaded. Now I have to CAD and kill the game entirely, and restart it. It's getting pretty maddening now at 8 times in the last 5 hours.

What is going on? This game ran like a dream for me for since the day I installed it until TU15. This is really bumming me out.

Edit:

Why hasn't Ubisoft replied yet?

When this happens, the game will hang if you try to quit whatever you're doing. If you try to go back to the WH, or logout, the game hangs after this slow walk thing starts.

I cannot record it because the NVIDIA overlay does not work when this happens.
