Heartbreaker armor peices are still not accepting any dyes if you use them as your appearance or base armor, and you cannot change the appearance of the knee-pads. It was last listed as a known issue in TU15 Changelog back in May but dropped form any further known issues posts without a fix. Any word on an update or was it just forgotten about?
