[2020] My game doesn't have any textures or color. Any help?

Whenever I start my game there are no textures or color besides black and white. I see textures for a brief moment then it all goes away. This problem has persisted since I bought the game yesterday. I have not been able to play it due to this graphical bug. I've reinstalled the game, verified the files, updated my drivers, uninstalled and clean installed the drivers, ran the game in compatibility mode, reinstalled C++ redistributables, updated windows, cleaned temp files, messed around with the game settings, overclocked and underclocked my GPU (1070Ti) and the issue just wont go away, my temps are normal and this issue has not come up at all with any other game. I haven't noticed artifacts or anything that would point to the death of my GPU. I don't know what to do anymore, any suggestions?
