WT1. I haven't seen any change in enemy behaviour or density. I might be wrong, but I feel like the only real change as you move through the levels is the hp of the enemies, so the player needs to keep the power level of their weaponry high enough to do sufficient dmg.

It could just be because I'm a veteran of Destiny 2 and Vermintide 2, but Division 2 for me is easy. As with Vermintide, I simply clear mobs and move into the map they controlled. Rinse and repeat. I can see how some people may camp a spot and wonder why they are so often on fire while being flanked and smacked on the head with a sledge hammer. Don't camp.

I think the more deliberate style of healing is an intentional balance choice, but it's open to discussion of course.
