I have the base game and bought the DLC on Ubisoft Store, but it's not showing in game. When I click the rectangle with Adewale picture at the top right, it just asks me if I want to open the web browser. When I click "additional content", it just opens the overlay. I bought the Illustrious Pirates Pack as well, and it's probably not available as well. For some reason, it says I own the DLCs without having the base game, which doesn't make sense. Is there a way to make the content available, or shall I just not waste my time with Ubisoft support and ask for a refund?

While I understand you are advising you got this issue "resolved" by requesting a refund for this product, if you have a similar issue in the future I would advise to contact our support teams directly.
