I purchased credits in the division 2 about 48 hours ago. I bought the one-time offer of 2000 credits plus 1000 bonus credits. I still have not received the credits in game yet. The mask appeared in my mailbox that was part of the purchase but i received no credits. My PS4 name is Jebbadiah_76 The transaction has already gone through in my bank and is NOT pending.

To be clear i posted this on different forum account originally that was not linked to my psn account. The account i'm posting on now is linked to my psn account.

I'm logged in under jebba-jenkins, i don't know why it says jebbadiah76 still as the poster

Hi there @Jebbadiah76! Sorry to hear that the credits you purchased haven't shown up yet. Since 48 hours have already passed, we can knock out the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ as well. After those are completed successfully, if your credits are still missing, let's go ahead and open a support ticket to look into this further. To save time, you should link to this thread in your case description so the agent can review everything.

@Jebbadiah76 Ah okay. To answer your question, I am unable to open the ticket for you but let's do some quick browser troubleshooting and see if that helps.

@Jebbadiah76 I am sorry to hear that this is still happening! Players should be able to log in with our support site and then open support tickets as they are needed. Just to confirm, were you able to complete the rest of the troubleshooting steps as well? If those haven't been done yet, please do them now, and be sure to try opening a case through incognito mode on Google Chrome.
