[2019] Armor, what am I missing here?

UPDATED: with higher res picture. Highlighted armor is ~16.9K LOWER than present armor but it indicates it's ~2300 HIGHER. The red numbers appear correct. When highlighting armor the numbers on the armor are not matching the numbers shown on the right hand side.
