[2023] DARPA Research Lab locked by no requirements

I need to run DARPA Research Lab again for the Firewall Challenge #04. Unfortunately, I am getting DARPA Research Lab Locked By "No requirements". I cannot reset, etc. Last Friday evening I ran it for the challenge, but now I cannot run it.
Please, how can this be fixed. When I go to my 2nd character it says: Pentagon Breach.
I've ran it with my 3rd character without issues?

Please fix this, since this is very very annoying.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the DARPA Research Lab mission in The Division 2.

Could you please send us a video of the issue so that we can transfer it to the game team in order to investigate further more on this issue ?
