Hey, welcome to the forums! You should have received a pre-order code from your retailer which can be redeemed via the redemption portal.

Once you have completed the redemption process you should have access to your content in-game via the Stash in the Mailbox tab. You will be able to move them to your inventory via the Move to Inventory option.
