Hey TobiasReaper1, whilst you're completely entitled to your opinion, this thread doesn't provoke any constructive criticism nor does it provide any real feedback.

It's much more likely that this thread will end up a flame war between people who enjoy the game and those who don't. To prevent this, I'm locking the thread.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. It's commonly used to describe mechanics that are based on a sort of, "Dice Roll". It essentially boils down to meaning that your chances of getting 'X' Drop are completely random and down to chance.

Sorry you've not received a response from the support team. They are extremely busy during game launches and sometimes can't answer tickets as quickly as they'd like to. Have you tried contacting by live chat?

With regards to your question though, yes, you could try pre-ordering via the Ubisoft Store website if you haven't tried that already. As for a refund for your failed order, that will also be something that support can help you with too so please don't worry.

I've checked your account and it doesn't look like you've pre-ordered the game from the Ubisoft Store. You have a linked PSN account so I'm assuming you've pre-ordered via the Playstation Store. If that's the case you'll need to get in touch with Sony if you are having any problems with your pre-order and the early access that's supposed to come with it.
