[2023] Looks like they *tried* to fix Pentagon missions... Its still broke.

My boosted char can now access the Pentagon mission, except that the Darpa is still unavailable. Had a friend who has it completely unlocked play the Darpa mission on "Story". Completed and still locked. When i try to play the mission with the friend, I get this screen (my friend sent me the pic to post.)

And when I completely quit and restart (after a hang) this is now what my map looks like
