I'm playing the Mathias Trig bounty and I keep spawning inside a container near the Jefferson center in an outside playable area with no way out and the game is constantly resetting. I tried quitting game, and i keep spawning in the same outside playing area regardless.
How to fix and respawn at safe house?

I'm sorry that you're stuck in a container and are unable to respawn. If you haven't yet, please try the steps in our troubleshooting guide here as these steps could help fix the glitch you're having an issue with. If you open the map, are you able to travel to a safe house or the White House at all? If not, would you be able to provide a video of this so I can take a closer look? In your video, it would be helpful if you could also show the location coordinates in the main menu. This makes it easier if we need to reproduce this issue on our end. Please also upload the video to YouTube as Public/Unlisted and share the link here.
