I recently came back after some time and to save time brought the premium credits to unlock the 3 new specializations. After purchase I found that gunner will not activate. Technician and firecreast have no issues. But I paid my way to have this unlocked. What needs to be done.
Hey Phillyfool and srmoneda2015! I deeply apologize for the inconvenience or annoyance that may have been caused by this issue in The Division 2. Phillyfool, have you been trying to unlock the Gunner specialization using the credits you purchased, but you're already seeing it as "owned" and therefore cannot unlock it? If so, please know that this is under investigation by the development team. If this is not the issue you're experiencing, please provide screenshots of the specialization showing as locked even after purchasing it in a case at support.ubi.com. From there, our technical team will be able to look further into this with you and figure out what the issue is.
