The match making system does nothing, i've spent 30 minutes waiting for any activity multiple days for my projects that requires me to compete, 3 bounties, 3 missions, 3 control pints while grouped and i cant complete this project and a number of others because nobody even plays this game, let alone multiplayer, i've tried to ask help in chat but all is see is Japanese text spam or whatever it is. Please add an option to do these projects solo.

As mentioned by Licher.Rus, you can also use call for backup for a quick option to group up.
