[2020] Signature weapons TAC-50c gain sniper rifle damage bonus from gear?

The question as it is. I can't figure it out.
I mean, it is a sniper rifle right? But it is a signature weapons which kinda like its own class of weapons. No?
If I, for example, wear a "Airaldi Holdings" backpack will it have +10% extra damage from TAC-50c signature weapons sniper rifle?

Weapon-type agnostic attributes should also impact your Specializations weapons. Things like Weapon Handling, Headshot Damage, Weapon Damage, Status Effects (for something like the Flamethrower) should apply.

That said, you can also directly increase Specialization Weapon Damage with the Tip of the Spear gear set.
