as the title also suggests this is both of a PSA and a bug report but this odd thing happened to me with the 4 hunters that spawn in DC north of sinkhole Control point (death, cross, phantom and diamond) so i thought i share it here so both players and devs see it. basically what happened was, i spawned the hunters, fought them then died respawned got back there, spawn them again kill one and the other 3 just disappear, they do their smoke vanish and go. except that I'm still in combat and their effects and gadgets are still visible (there was a frozen firefly in air) afterwards i try to respawn them again however the game wont let me pull the lever to spawn them even though its still dark and night time. i log out, log back in go to that spot thee is 3 hunter masks on the ground with no other loot, no keys no nothing just 3 masks. im still not sure what happened but this is what i just experience. i hope this info helps
