[2019] Reviver hive is fubar

Since last maintenance and quick fix reviver hive is no longer working.
It’s not auto triggering upon death and it’s not reviving upon manual deployment.
Iv tried the following to fix this issue:
Reboot the game, reboot the console
Un-equip the skill, re-equip the skill
Remove all mods
Un-equip the skill and reboot the game

Noth8ng seems the be working
Anyone else having this issue or a fix?

Hey everyone. I know there were some slight alterations to Revive Hive behavior including a lengthening of the actual revive time.

In the situations of not getting revived, are you bleeding-out to death or is an enemy killing you/destroying the hive? How long does this process take for you?

Is it fair to take this to mean that you're dying via bleed out with the Reviver Hive available for use before being downed?
