I've been playing this for quite a while, reasonably new to the PC side of things, I've got 400 hours on pc
I've noticed with each update this gets worse for me, textures won't load and my character is forced to walk out of nowhere
My skills won't activate during these times, examples being the shield, decoy, and sticky bomb...
I've reloaded the games more times than I have been able to actually sit down and play it- I've verified the files, reinstalled, switched from my HDD to my SSD, tinkered with my graphics settings and no dice. This also seems to cause MASSIVE frame drops, frame drops that I shouldn't be getting. My PC is rather high end and is capable of running every game out there thus far at 4k.
So what is this? a driver issue? An Optimization issue? I can't find the fix and it's kind of shoo'd me away from playing because its just annoying and inconvenient.
I hope TD3 is better optimized and they don't try to show off their engine as much as they did in this game.
