[2019] Can you transfer The Divison 2 progress from Xbox to PS4?

I bought The Division 2 on a day or so after it came out and i have grinded the game for a total of 4-5 days in game time, i have max gear score etc etc. I need to know ASAP if i could transfer my progress from Xbox to PS4 as i want to play with my friends on PS4 due to none of my friends having it on Xbox and if so I will be selling my copy on Xbox for a copy on PS4.

No, progress cannot transfer across platforms.
